RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

We have extensive experience in facilities master planning similar to the mixed use campus atmosphere of your proposed project.  We have completed projects for specific facility elements as well as total complexes incorporating all of the operations and functions of the commercial and retail clients.  Specifically, we have provided the following planning and design services:

  • Projections of population, workload, and staffing.
  • Development of workstation, equipment, and special area space standards.
  • Projection of short, intermediate, and long-range space requirements by function and operation.
  • Preparation of building concept plans including block plans, massing elements, and pedestrian and vehicle circulation requirements.
  • Evaluation of existing buildings for use in accommodating existing or alternative uses.
  • Site planning including parking, building footprints, circulation and access and egress points.
  • Architectural design for both exteriors and interiors, space planning, circulation and specific task areas.
  • Construction documentation for all sizes of projects up to $11.25 million in construction costs.
  • Cost estimates including building shell and interiors, site development, and facility fees.
