We believe the projects listed, the references from repeat clients and general contractors, as well as specific projects completed for commercial and institutional clients, attest to our ability to develop designs appropriate to your projects.  It is impossible to create a perfect set of plans and specifications due to the complexity of codes, materials, products, extended time lines, various techniques and the number of people involved in any project.  Yet, we strive to provide our best service in order to achieve a successful project.

Pacific Design Associates, Inc. has developed a philosophy in dealing with project relationships.  We are part of a complete team developed to complete a specific project.  Each and every person involved in the project becomes a full member of the team as it develops.  The owner, the users, the architects, the engineers, the general contractor and each subcontractor who signs on to the team has as their foremost goal the completion of that project in a timely manner, correct to the intent and final design to the satisfaction of the client.  We all agree to review the work, review each suggestion and request in a professional manner with no bias towards finding fault.  Each project will have its changes throughout the design and construction process.  Each change must be met with an open mind to find the correct solution for all involved.  A single minor change can cause multiple modifications later, therefore the sooner an issue is discussed, the sooner a solution can be agreed upon.

The engineering consultants will be called upon early to provide their input in the design of systems in order to allow the project to proceed uninterrupted through each phase of design and construction.  We value the immense experience our engineering consultants bring to the project and consistently listen to their suggestions to improve the design.  We will schedule regular meetings with your staff to review each decision as the project proceeds.
